Controlling the Process

It is only when a person becomes ill that they appreciate the importance of good health.
Designed for laundries with stringent demands on hygiene, our barrier washers provide a reliable defence against the spread of germs, bacteria and dust particles in the laundry process. As a quality control option, process monitoring is available for recording vital statistics of each washing cycle.

Hygiene Check
Clarus Control™ also offers a hygiene check function that ensures that the ''clean side'' door opens only after the cycle is complete and the laundry is hygienically clean. Because it is impossible to open both doors at the same time, there is no risk of recontaminating clean linen. Our barrier washers come with AquaClean® which makes it possible to process linens that would normally require dry cleaning.

Traceability for Quality Control
As a quality control option, all our barrier washers can be equipped for traceability to comply with HACCP methods. This feature records the vital statistics of each wash load, such as temperature and cycle time. Another way of controlling the process is the CMIS - Certus Management Information System, that offers a receipt print-out of each individual batch processed.

Create Your Own Programmes
Clarus Control™ gives you total control over the entire wash process. You can quickly and easily create new wash programmes in a modular programming system or fine-tune existing programmes to suit different types of textiles and degrees of soiling.Clarus Control™ correlates timing, water levels and washing temperatures. As a result, you’re able to optimise the use of water, detergents and energy—ensuring excellent wash performance and operational economy.
